1. About these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the AFKify desktop app, the AFKify pack hub, AFKify Pro and this website (together, “AFKify”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

By downloading or using AFKify, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use AFKify. If you’re under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.

2. Who we are

AFKify is run by a sole trader in the United Kingdom, trading as AFKify (“we”, “us”, “our”).

When you buy Pro, the purchase is made through Lemon Squeezy, who act as our reseller and merchant of record. That means Lemon Squeezy is the seller named on your receipt, takes your payment and handles VAT and sales tax. We provide AFKify and Pro itself.

3. Who can use AFKify

• You must be 13 or older to create an AFKify account.
• To buy anything, you must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
• AFKify runs on Windows 10 and 11. There’s no Mac, mobile or console version.
• You must follow the rules of Roblox and of each game you use AFKify with (see section 6).

4. Your account

• You can build, save and run your own macros without an account. To import or publish packs, you sign in with Discord. Discord’s own terms apply to your Discord account.
• Your account is just for you. Don’t share it, sell it or let someone else use it. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
• Your display name is shown publicly next to the packs you publish and on your creator page. It must not be offensive, misleading or pretend to be someone else. We may change or remove a display name that breaks these rules.
• You can stop using AFKify and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@afkify.com.

5. How AFKify works

AFKify lets you build macros from steps, for example “wait until this image appears”, “click on it” and “press a key”, or import packs of macros that other players have made.

AFKify only reads the screen and sends normal keyboard and mouse input. It does not inject code into, modify, or read the memory of Roblox or any other game, and it is not a cheat or an exploit. To send input, the Roblox window must be the window in front.

AFKify is a tool. A macro only does what it was built to do, and how well it works depends on the game, your PC and the macro itself. Games change, so a macro or pack that works today may stop working after a game update.

6. Game rules and your Roblox account

It’s your responsibility to check and follow the rules of each game you use AFKify with, and Roblox’s own terms. If a game doesn’t allow macros, don’t use them there.

We have no control over Roblox or game developers. We’re not responsible for action they take against your account, such as warnings, resets, lost items or bans, where it results from your choice to use macros somewhere they aren’t allowed. This doesn’t affect your legal rights if AFKify itself is faulty (see section 19).

7. Free and Pro plans

Free

• Build, save and run unlimited macros, with every feature of the app.
• Import up to 3 packs made by other players each month. Your count resets on the 1st of each month.
• Publish up to 3 packs.

Pro

• Everything in Free, plus unlimited imports and unlimited publishing.
• Pro is sold as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription or a one-off lifetime purchase.

An “import” means adding another player’s pack to your AFKify, using its code or from the hub. Building, saving and running your own macros never uses an import. If your Pro plan ends, your account goes back to the Free plan.

8. Buying Pro

• Prices. Our prices are shown on our website in US dollars. Your local currency, and any VAT or sales tax, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Who you pay. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, sells Pro to you, takes your payment and issues your receipt. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase. We never see or store your card details.
• When the contract starts. Your purchase is confirmed when Lemon Squeezy confirms your order. We then turn on Pro for your AFKify account.
• Under 18s. You need a parent’s or guardian’s permission to buy Pro.
• Mistakes. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Price changes. We may change our prices for new purchases at any time. If the price of your subscription is going up, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you want to.

9. Subscriptions and cancelling

• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the payment method you used.
• You can cancel any time using the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or by emailing support@afkify.com. Cancelling stops future payments. Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails and can’t be collected, your Pro plan may end.
• Cancelling is different from asking for a refund. See section 12.

10. Lifetime and Founder lifetime

• Lifetime is a one-off payment for Pro on your AFKify account, with no renewals. “Lifetime” means for as long as we run AFKify. It isn’t a promise to run AFKify forever, and it isn’t tied to your lifetime or to a set number of years.
• Founder lifetime is the same as Lifetime at a lower price. It is only offered to beta testers and during the first 72 hours after launch. After that, it isn’t sold any more.
• Lifetime licences belong to your account and can’t be transferred to someone else.
• If we ever decide to close AFKify, we’ll tell you at least 60 days before we do.

11. Creator codes

• Approved creators have a code that gives you 10% off your first payment. You can use one code per purchase, and codes can’t be swapped for cash.
• When you use a creator’s code, that creator earns a commission from your purchase. This doesn’t change what you pay beyond the discount.
• Creators are approved by us, and popular pack makers who meet our requirements can earn a code. The creator programme has its own terms, which we share with creators when they apply on our Discord.

12. Refunds and cancellation rights

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of any purchase, including subscription renewals, lifetime and Founder lifetime purchases. Our Refund Policy explains how, and how this relates to your legal right to cancel. When a purchase is refunded, Pro is removed from your account.

13. Your licence to use AFKify

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the AFKify app on Windows PCs you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, as long as you follow these terms.

AFKify, including its software, hub, website, name and logo, belongs to us or the people we license it from. Open-source parts of the app are covered by their own licences. You must not:

• copy, sell, rent, share or sub-license the app, or Pro;
• reverse engineer, decompile or change the app, except where the law allows you to;
• get around licence checks, plan limits or any security feature;
• remove or change any copyright or other notices.

14. Packs you publish

• You keep ownership of the macros and packs you make.
• When you publish a pack, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, display and share it through AFKify and the hub, with your display name, for as long as it is published.
• You also let other AFKify users import and use your pack, and fork it: make their own copy, change it, and publish it as a new pack that the hub links back to yours. Forks that others made before you removed your pack may stay available.
• When you publish an update, players who imported your pack are told about it.
• You promise that you have the right to share everything in your pack, and that it follows these terms and the law. Only include the images a macro needs to work, and don’t include anyone’s personal information, such as usernames or chat messages.
• You can remove your packs at any time. We may hide or remove a pack that breaks these terms, or that we’re told is harmful or infringes someone’s rights.

15. Packs made by other players

Packs on the hub are made by other players, not by us. We don’t check every pack, and we can’t promise that a pack works, is allowed in a particular game, or does what its description says. Look through a pack’s steps before you run it, and check the game’s rules. Ratings show what other players think, not what we think.

If you find a pack that’s harmful, misleading or breaks these terms, please report it in the app or email support@afkify.com with its code.

16. Rules for using AFKify

Don’t use AFKify or the hub to:

• break the law, or anyone else’s rights;
• harass, spam, scam or harm other players, for example with macros that flood chat or ruin other people’s games;
• publish anything hateful, sexual, violent, or otherwise not suitable for players aged 13 and up;
• publish packs that are misleading about what they do, or that copy someone else’s pack and claim it as your own (forking through the hub is fine);
• pretend to be someone else, including us, a creator or Roblox;
• get around plan limits, for example by using several accounts to get extra free imports, or by sharing a Pro account;
• attack, overload, scrape or try to get unauthorised access to our services or other people’s accounts.

17. Suspending or closing accounts

• You can stop using AFKify and ask us to delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or close your account, or remove your packs, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other players or our services. Unless we’re not allowed to, we’ll tell you why.
• If we close an account that has paid for Pro without a good reason (one of the reasons above), we’ll refund the part of what you paid that you haven’t had the benefit of.
• If your account is closed, your published packs are removed from the hub. Macros saved on your PC stay on your PC.

18. Changes to AFKify and these terms

• We’re always improving AFKify, and things will change during the beta in particular. We may add, change or remove features, and fix problems.
• If we make a change that significantly reduces what Pro gives you, we’ll tell you first. You can then cancel, and if you’ve paid in advance you can ask us for a refund for the time you haven’t used.
• We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new date. If a change is important, we’ll tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days before it applies. If you don’t agree, you can stop using AFKify and cancel any subscription.

19. Our responsibility to you

Your legal rights. If you’re a consumer, the law gives you rights that these terms don’t change. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If AFKify is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, or to some or all of your money back. If digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content because we didn’t use reasonable care and skill, we’ll either repair the damage or pay you compensation. Citizens Advice can tell you more.

What we are responsible for. We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it’s obvious it will happen, or if both of us knew it might happen when you started using AFKify.

What we don’t limit. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can’t be limited or excluded by law.

What we aren’t responsible for, as far as the law allows:

• action taken by Roblox or a game against your account because you used macros where they aren’t allowed (see section 6);
• what a macro or pack does in a game, unless it’s caused by a fault in AFKify itself;
• packs made by other players;
• delays or outages caused by things outside our reasonable control, including problems with Discord, Roblox or our service providers.

Business use. AFKify is for personal use. If you use it for a business purpose anyway, we aren’t responsible for any loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We recommend keeping your own copies of macros you care about.

20. Not affiliated with Roblox

AFKify is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. Other game names belong to their owners and are used only to describe what packs are for.

21. Other legal terms

• Transferring this agreement. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another person or business, for example if AFKify is sold. We’ll tell you if this happens, and it won’t reduce your rights. You can’t transfer your rights to someone else without our agreement.
• Nobody else has rights under these terms. This agreement is between you and us. No one else can enforce it, except as set out above.
• If part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
• If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.

22. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there. If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
