- Refunds: you can get a refund within 14 days of any purchase. See the refund policy.
- Cancelling a subscription: use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or email us.
- Billing questions: email us with your order number from your receipt. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, processes all payments.
- Privacy requests: email us with “Privacy request” in the subject. See the privacy policy for your rights.
- Reporting a pack: use the report option in the app, or email us the pack’s code and what’s wrong.
- Security problems: if you’ve found a security issue, please email us with “Security” in the subject before sharing it anywhere else.
